Ship of 20 guns, port broadside Long Caption: Scale: 1:48. A contemporary full hull model of a 20-gun sixth-rate sloop (circa 1715), built in the Georgian style. The model is decked, equipped and mounted on a modern wooden display board. The model agrees closely with the sloops built between 1711 and 1715, which measured 97 feet along the gun deck by 26 feet in the beam and an approximate tonnage of 280 burden.
