‘The Challenger at St. Paul's Rocks,’ in the Illustrated London News Long Caption: A gold blocked (off) photograph album album with green board covers, containing 139 photographs relating to the first part of the voyage in 1873. All the relevant photographs have been copied. The folowing locations are include: Gibraltar, Madeira, Tenerfie, Saint Thomas (Caribbean), Bermuda, Nova Scotia, Fayal, St Pauls Rocks, Bahia, Inaccessible Island and a view of two cottages by the shore at Tristan da Cunha.
