'Trifolium' (1875) wrecked on the beach Long Caption: A close view from aft, looking towards the forecastle of the iron barque 'Trifolium' (1875) lying oln the beach at Gwyner Sand on her starboard beam. Wrecked frames and wreckage from the ship can be seen on the beach, with a man standing on the wreck. 'Trifolium' was caught in a gale that caused her cargo to shift, forcing her onto her beam.
