A view of the taking of Quebec on 13 September 1759 Long Caption: Twelve prints of sea engagement. The shown etching is captioned by the maker, to read: 'A view of the taking of Quebec, September 13, 1759, showing the manner of debarking the English forces, and of the resolute scrambling of the Light Infantry, up a woody precipice to dislodge the Captain's post, which defended a small entrenched path, through which the troops were to pass.
