'Norham Castle' (1869) Long Caption: Scale: 1:48. A half block model of the starboard side of the passenger/cargo ship 'Norham Castle' (1869), made entirely in wood, painted and polished. The hull is polished wood below the waterline and black above with a polished wood strake running its entire length. There is provision for a figurehead. Other fittings comprise stump foremast and mainmast, and a rudder.
