Portrait of the 'Seahorse' Long Caption: Portrait of the 'Seahorse', 24 guns, seen from the port quarter, carrying ten guns on the broadside. She was built in 1694 and lost in 1705. On the tafferel, cherubs and other figures recline on either side of a globe, or more possibly an armillary sphere. The four stern windows are divided by two figures embracing in the centre, with single figures dividing the other windows, and a figure on each quarter.
