Two crab-eater seals on the ice, Weddell Sea, Antarctic Long Caption: Two crab-eater seals lying on the ice. Scars can be seen on the side of the furthest seal, possibly from killer whales. Both seals were later killed and added to the stock of fresh meat for the men and dogs.
