The Stait of le Marie is drawn and the hypothetical southern continent is labelled 'TERRA AUSTRALIS INCOGNITA MAGALANICA'. The track of Oliver van Noort is drawn and labelled. There are various decorative feature, such as animals in North and South America and Africa, an Indian in South America and many ships in the oceans. There are notes on discoveries in North America, in the hypothetical southern continent (below the Cape of Good Hope) and below Cape Horn. A total of nine oceans are named.
