There are various decorative feature, such as animals in North and South America and Africa, an Indian in South America and many ships in the oceans. There are notes on discoveries in North America, in the hypothetical southern continent (below the Cape of Good Hope) and below Cape Horn. All notes on discoveries are contained with separate cartouches.
