Fob seal Long Caption: Gilt fob seal set with a black stone intaglio. The setting is urn-shaped, whilst the intaglio is cut with a profile portrait depicting Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805). The seal was reputedly given by Nelson to George Manley Alldridge, purser of 'HMS Bellerophon'. The seal has an associated wax impression.
