Court sword Long Caption: Owned by Dr Basil Greenhill CB0 mmG (born 1920). The hilt consists of a gilt urn-shaped pommel with bead decoration, a pronounced tang button, gilt knuckle bow ending in upturned quillons, gilt grip edged with bead decoration, an oval shell edged with bead decoration and a gold bullion swordknot attached to gold brocade strap.
