Obverse of Horary quadrant

Obverse of Horary quadrant Long Caption: This is a horary quadrant primarily used to tell the time. The sliding hour-line scale enables the instrument to be set for any day of the year. The scales indicate that the quadrant was made after 1582 though the style of the engraving suggests a later date. The quadrant has engraved images that relate to hunting.
